Carpet Cleaning in Sunshine Coast is a carpet and end-of-lease cleaning service provider operating across the Sunshine Coast region. We are a service-area business and travel to our customers' properties; we do not operate from a fixed retail location.
Where a bond clean or end-of-lease clean is booked, any re-clean guarantee, its conditions and time limitations will be set out separately at the time of booking or on the relevant service page. A guarantee, where offered, applies to cleaning-related items only and does not cover matters such as pre-existing damage, wear and tear, mould from ongoing moisture issues, or items outside the agreed scope of work.
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time, including keys, alarm codes or landlord and agent coordination where relevant. Delays or failed access may incur additional charges.
While we take care to deliver a high standard of service, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from circumstances outside our control (such as pre-existing carpet condition, underlying stains that cannot be fully removed, or structural moisture issues). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reviews and testimonials displayed on our website reflect genuine customer feedback. Real estate agency logos displayed on our website indicate agencies whose referred tenants we have completed work for.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
